The application is quick and easy, and after it's submitted, you'll instantly learn if you're approved. You can also call 800-365-8295 to apply. We offer the following payment plans:
Care Credit®
offers a full range of payment
plans. We offer the 3 and 6
month No Interest* payment plans
which feature monthly payments as low as
3% of the balance and let you pay
within the specified time without
incurring interest charges. Simply
make your minimum monthly payment
and pay off your entire balance
during the agreed upon time period,
and you'll pay no interest.
For patients/clients with higher treatment fees (> $1000) who would prefer more time to pay with lower monthly payments, we offer the 24, 36, 48, & 60 month extended payment plans with a low, fixed 11.9% interest rate and an extended term.
